How to Use: Shake well before use. Shenmen Heart 7 (“Spirit Gate”) acupuncture point is located at the wrist crease, in the depression on the side of the palm closest to the pinky finger. Circle area with this blend to soothe and ground. Wear it as a light scent, on pulse points and inhale.
