The Terms

Our commitment to you is forever, but your membership is commitment-free! Membership services begin on the date of purchase. Your monthly membership subscription renews automatically. Balances are collected on the 15th of each month. You can opt-out by emailing frontdesk@moonrabbitacupuncture.com before 11:59 PM on the 13th of the month to avoid auto-renewal for the following month. Included services are not cumulative and will be forfeit if not used during the monthly billing cycle. Membership treatments, discounts, and perks are non-transferable.
