Castor Oil Kit

100% Cold-Pressed, Organic Castor Oil

Apply castor oil liberally over the entire abdomen area.
Place cotton flannel over the abdomen and cover with a hand towel.
Place a heat source (heating pad, hot water bottle, etc.) over the hand towel, and leave on for a minimum of 30-45 minutes for best results. Wear old clothes or pajamas, and place a bath towel under you as castor oil can stain.
When finished, wipe off any residue from the abdomen with a warm wet towel. Store cotton flannel in an airtight container or zip lock bag at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Recommended use of castor oil pack for 3-4 nights in a row followed by 3 nights off.

If you are currently trying to conceive, castor oil packs should be avoided during ovulation due to the release of toxins. Packs can be used after ovulation if pregnancy has not occurred.

If pregnancy occurs and there is a history of miscarriage stop use of castor oil pack immediately.
While undergoing medical interventions such as a medicated cycle, please discontinue use of castor oil pack due to its cleansing effects.
